The Archives will be closed Tuesday May 21 - Monday May 27, and will resume regular summer hours on Tuesday May 28.
Regular Open Hours
While the Archives is generally open during these hours, the hours do vary depending on staff availability. If you are planning to visit the archives, we recommend contacting us in advance at prasasa@erau.edu or 928-777-3949.

Monday - Friday: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Saturday - Sunday: Closed
Summer hours (in effect May 13 - August 15, 2013)
Monday - Thursday: 8:00 am - 5:30 pm
Friday - Sunday: Closed
Exceptions
Summer 2013: The archives will be closed on the following dates:
- May 3-10
- May 21-27 (includes Memorial Day holiday)
- Independence Day, July 4
- August 14-16
- Labor Day, September 2
- September 4-19

From Dewey:
Travel northwest on Hwy. 69 and take the Hwy. 89 North exit. Continue north to the traffic light at the intersection of Willow Lake Rd. Turn left on Willow Lake Rd until it terminates at Willow Creek Rd. Turn right (north) on Willow Creek Rd and continue for one mile to the Embry-Riddle main entrance on the left.
From Prescott Valley:
Take 89A west and you will pass the junction of 89/89A. Continue on 89A until you reach Willow Creek Road. Turn left at this intersection onto Willow Creek Rd. Embry-Riddle's main entrance is on the right about two miles from the intersection.
From Chino Valley:
Travel south on Highway 89 until you reach the traffic light at the intersection of Willow Creek Road and Prescott Love Field (airport). Turn right at this intersection onto Willow Creek Rd. Embry-Riddle's main entrance is on the right about two miles from the intersection.
