Reading Room Hours
If you are planning to visit the archives, we recommend contacting us in advance at firstname.lastname@example.org or 928-777-3907 in order to make the most efficient use of your time.
Fall & Spring Semester Hours
Monday - Friday: 1:00 - 5:00 pm, and by appointment
Summer hours (in effect early May to mid August)
Monday - Thursday: 1:00 pm - 5:30 pm, and by appointment
The Archives will be CLOSED:
- Presidents Day, February 16
- Spring Break holiday, March 13
- Memorial Day, May 25
- Thursday July 2 (Independence Day holiday)
- Labor Day, September 7
- Veterans Day, November 11
- Thanksgiving holiday, November 25-27 (*research appointments available in the morning on November 25)
This list will be updated periodically as additional closures are added. Occasionally, unannounced closures may occur due to unforeseen staff absences. If you are planning a visit to use the Archives, we recommend contacting us in advance so that we can make plans to accommodate your visit.

Travel northwest on Hwy. 69 and take the Hwy. 89 North exit. Continue north to the traffic light at the intersection of Willow Lake Rd. Turn left on Willow Lake Rd until it terminates at Willow Creek Rd. Turn right (north) on Willow Creek Rd and continue for one mile to the Embry-Riddle main entrance on the left.
From Prescott Valley:
Take 89A west and you will pass the junction of 89/89A. Continue on 89A until you reach Willow Creek Road. Turn left at this intersection onto Willow Creek Rd. Embry-Riddle's main entrance is on the right about two miles from the intersection.
From Chino Valley:
Travel south on Highway 89 until you reach the traffic light at the intersection of Willow Creek Road and Prescott Love Field (airport). Turn right at this intersection onto Willow Creek Rd. Embry-Riddle's main entrance is on the right about two miles from the intersection.
